Need help with your current web site or developing your first one? We'll help improve your current web presence or develop a new one personalized for your organization. All at no or very small cost to you.

Our offer does not include the cost of your domain name, site hosting, eCommerce packages or transaction fees, or other services not provided by us.

How To Qualify

We only offer our services to qualified nonprofit organizations in the Central Florida area. We target these services to those nonprofit organizations who can least afford to spend resources on either developing a web presence or improving their current web site.

Our ability to provide these free or low cost services is limited, so although you may meet all the requirements listed on the right, this does not guarentee that we may be able to help.

Information needed to qualify for our services

You must provide proof that you are organized as an IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
You must show that your principal service area is in the Florida counties of Lake, Orange, Osceola or Seminole.

Overview

We designed and developed this site to replace the one that the foundation had for over three years.

Some of the features developed for them include an internal site search engine, dynamic Google location map, contact form, rotating grant and scholarship testimonals on their home page, donation form, and user updatable calendar of events for foundation activities.

About Valrae Software

When I retired in 2008 from Electronic Data Systems(EDS), I wondered, what should my retirement be like? I've enjoyed gardening (which I have ample time to do here in Florida) but I really had no hobbies and sitting around the pool or on the beach were really activities best enjoyed by my wife.

And having spent over 30 years in software development, lastly with AT&T and EDS developing corporate intranet sites, I knew what I wanted to do in my retirement

years. The same thing I'd been doing. If you enjoy doing something, then why stop? And I realized that what I have been doing is a lot of fun.

But I also realized that having fun isn't everything. There are many people in our area that need help, especially during this rescession. I thought of volunteering some time to local organizations as a driver, handyman, etc. But I have chosen this venue to try and help my neighbors indirectly by directly helping the organizations that help them.
